In general if you go for the cheapest quote you cannot expect the best end result. Corners my be cut on the sub-base, mortar beds with voids thus creating a patio that will not last. Always remember the only bit you see at the end of the job is the paving so not only should you choose the best product you can afford but also choose your installer wisely.
Good Landscapers will give their time, listen to your needs and help design your patio to give you a long term garden you can be proud of. Prior to agreeing to take a Landscaper on it is important to ask for references from previous jobs, don’t just look at photos, ask to see some recent jobs and some from 3 years ago to see if their work stands the test of time.
Good Landscapers, with good designs and laying practices may come at a price but it is a price worth paying.
