Pavestone Preferred Installers

A professionally installed patio is a significant investment. Choosing the right paving for your garden is important, but selecting a competent and experienced installer is equally essential. Even the highest quality products can be compromised by poor installation.

Landscapers included in the Pavestone Preferred Installer (PPI) scheme have had one or more completed projects independently assessed by Pavestone’s qualified landscaping team. The projects inspected were found to meet Pavestone’s installation and workmanship standards at the time of assessment.

To help maintain standards, participating installers will be subject to further periodic and random project inspections. However, Pavestone does not inspect or supervise every project undertaken by a Preferred Installer. Inclusion in the scheme is therefore based only on the work assessed and should not be regarded as a guarantee of an installer’s performance or the quality of any future work.

Pavestone UK Ltd. does not supervise individual installations and gives no warranty or guarantee—express or implied—in respect of an installer’s workmanship, conduct, pricing, timescales or contractual performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavestone UK Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, defect, delay or dispute arising from work undertaken by a contractor or designer participating in the scheme.

We strongly recommend that customers:

• Obtain at least three detailed written quotations.
• Request references and view examples of recently completed work wherever possible.
• Check that the installer holds appropriate insurance and relevant qualifications.
• Obtain a written quotation clearly defining the work, materials, costs, payment terms and timescales.
• Ensure all specifications, responsibilities and agreed terms are recorded in writing before entering into a contract or allowing work to commence.

Inclusion in the Pavestone Preferred Installer scheme is an indication that assessed work met Pavestone’s standards; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of every project undertaken by that installer.
